An intensely-flavoured red produced in the Cortijo de Torrecera vineyard, this wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and 22 months in the bottle before sale. It will age well if kept in your cellar.
Created from night-harvested Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it has the aromas of red berries, wood, and balsamic vinegar.
Its taste is rounded, fruity, with hints of chocolate and cedar, and an aftertaste of vanilla, cinnamon, and cocoa. It is recommended that this wine is served between 68 and 73 Fahrenheit. Pair with lamb or enjoy with tapas.
