Description
This dark amber sherry aged in American oak barrels for 30 years has the wonderful aroma of walnuts, golden tobacco, and truffles.
Its rounded flavour, good body, and an elegant wood finish make it the ideal accompaniment for red meats and game, particularly oxtail and pork cheeks, nuts, ham, mushrooms, and mature cheeses. It is the perfect sherry to serve with an elegant tapas.
Made from Palomino Fino grapes (100%), this Urium carries the denomination mark of especially fine sherries, the VORS, denoting its long maturation process and exceptional quality. It should be served between 12C and 14C.
Bottle: 50cl. Alcohol content: 20%.
