An artisan cheese with a deep flavour cured in wine.
This cheese is made with raw milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures and matured for a minimum of 5 months in the bodega plus extra time submerged in Tintilla de Rota wine. Its rind is an intense brown and the ivory-coloured cheese has a bitter-sweet taste.
The ingredients are raw goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, and Tintilla de Rota wine. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
