An artisan cured cheese with an intense, lingering flavour made from raw milk.
Produced from milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, the cheese is matured for a minimum of 5 months. Its rind has a fine layer of extra virgin olive oil.
Its ingredients are raw goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, and salt. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
