An artisan raw milk cheese with a deep flavour cured in extra virgin olive oil.
Produced with milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, the cheese is matured for a minimum of 5 fmonths in the bodega with further 2 months in olive oil. The rind contains a fine layer of olive oil from Bucarito’s own press.
The ingredients are raw goats’ milk , milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, and extra virgin olive oil. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
