A pasteurised, artisan cheese cured in olive oil and produced with milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures.
This intensely-flavoured cheese is matured for a minimum of 5 months in the bodega and more than 2 months in olive oil.
The rind has a fine layer of extra virgin olive oil from El Bucarito’s own press.
The ingredients are pasteurised goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, and extra virgin olive oil. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
