Produced with milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, The cheese is matured for a minimum of 5 months in the bodega, and more than 2 months in Iberian pig lard.
The cheese has an flavour with some heat. It’s ingredients are raw goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, and Iberian pig lard. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
