A raw milk cheese rolled in smoky pimentón for a deep flavour.
Produced with milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, this cheese is matured for 5 months in the bodega with an additional 2 months in pimentón.
Its rind has a thin layer of Vera pimentón from Cáceres and it has an intense flavour with some heat.
It contains raw goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, and pimentón. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
