With a rind covered with thin layer of Vera pimentón from Cáceres, this cheese has a little heat and an intense flavour.
The pasteurised cured cheese is produced from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures.
It is matured for a minimum of 5 months in the bodega with an additional two months in pimentón.
Thr ingredients include raw or pasteurised goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, salt, and pimentón. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
