A mature artisan cured cheese with a very intense, lingering flavour made from raw milk.
Produced with milk from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, it is matured for a minimum of 7 months in the bodega. It’s rind has a fine layer of extra virgin olive oil.
The ingredients are raw goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, and salt. Store between 10 and 12 Celsius.
