An artisan semi-cured cheese made from raw milk, this pasteurised cheese has an intense flavour.
Produced from Florida goats fed on El Bucarito’s pastures, it is matured for a minimum of 2 months.
Its rind is covered with fine layer of extra virgin olive oil and has a firm yet creamy texture on the palate. It is slightly acid with delicate aroma.
It contains goats’ milk, milk ferments, calcium, animal rennet, and salt. We recommend storing it between 10 and 12 Celsius.
